When you sign up to a contract the first thing that ACE will do (at no charge) is to come onsite to your main office premises and take a detailed look at all of your IT hardware. This will be followed by a detailed report of all the hardware you possess with detail of condition and any recommendations that could improve the state and performance of your IT Network.
For a monthly, quarterly or annual fee, based on the number of workstations in your business, our team of experienced technicians provide a complete IT support service. This includes 24-hour remote monitoring of your critical systems and services.
