You can be sure we can find the stock at the right price quickly for you and you can either collect from us or we will happily deliver to your home and setup for you if required.

e.g. A new PC – we will connect to the Internet, setup your emails, connect to your printers etc…

We can now also offer refurbished laptops and desktops with warranties at reduced prices, so you can be sure, even if you have a limited budget, we will do our best to find what you need.

Unlimited access to the help desk

For any problems \ issues you may have with your computer just call \ email the Help Desk. The team will be more than happy to help you out and, if necessary, will log onto your machine remotely to sort your problem out.

Reduced call out rates for onsite visits

All callouts to site (home or business) Ace charge out on an hourly or daily basis. Same for those with a Support Contract but lower callout fee – 18.75% discount on all repair project work.

Guaranteed 4 hour response time

Usual response to a call is, if not immediate, within the hour but obviously there can be exceptions. With a Support Contract you will get same response but moved to TOP of the list plus absolutely guaranteed minimum 4 hour response time!

ACE Support Contract also entitles you to FREE consultation with any of the team about any IT questions \ queries you may have about your existing system \ setup or new equipment you are looking to purchase or install.
